And as I’ve spent a good hour try­ing to login into the Amer­ican can­cel­la­tion site, I can assure you that the cus­tomer IDs (more com­monly known as Account IDs or a domain name registered with the account) do not work with the wrong site — which, in hind­sight, should have been expected.
